Reporting to the Coordinator, Pathology the Registered Diagnostic Cytotechnologist/DCT (Subject RT Cytology)
plans and coordinates activities in their areas of responsibility in order to assure accurate, timely patient
results/product.
Employment Requirements
* Degree from accredited college
* Diagnostic Cytotechnologist (DCT) (Registered Technologist (RT), Subject Cytology
* Current member of the regulatory College of Medical Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
* Minimum six years experience in Cytology
* Must possess effective communication, writing, listening and reading skills in order to coach others, problem solve
and improve processes
* Must be adaptable and flexible to handle changes in workload, emergency situations, instrument breakdown,
shortage of personnel and planned changes
Salary Range: $33.320 to 44.660
