                                                                            Pre‑Admission Clinic

 

 

Reporting to the Manager ‑ Surgical Services the successful applicant will work as a Receptionist / Booking clerk for

Pre Admission Clinic.

 

Qualifications:

*  Secondary school diploma with a certificate in Secretarial Arts or equivalent experience (3 years minimum)

*  Certificate in Medical Terminology or equivalent experience ( 3 years minimum)

*  Must possess good interpersonal skills including an excellent customer focused approach to patients and families.

*  Must be highly organized and able to work independently.

*  Excellent communication skills, including telephone and interpersonal skills

*  Proficient in computer applications and software such as Group Wise and Meditech (including Order Entry)

*  Previous experience using Community Wide Scheduling and Novari for booking purposes.

*  Previous experience working with out patient clinic bookings required

 

 

Salary Range:  $23.734 to 24.298
