                                                         1 ‑ Temporary Part Time (.5) ‑ Pharmacist

                                                                              Clinical Pharmacy


It is a condition of this posting that your home unit can accommodate your temporary absence in the event

Under the general supervision of the Manager ‑ Pharmacy, the Pharmacist is part of a team dedicated to practicing

direct patient centered care, medication distribution, and drug information



*  Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and/or Doctorate of Pharmacy

*  Completion of an accredited hospital pharmacy residency, preferred

*  Previous hospital experience, preferred

*  Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A)

*  Experience with Pharmaceutical care, Medication Reconciliation and Sterile Compounding an asset

*  Effective interpersonal , organizational, and verbal and written communication skills

*  Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative practice setting

*  Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment,

*  Strong clinical skills in identifying and solving drug related problems

*  Knowledge of Meditech computer system, an asset

*  Motivated self learner, who seeks and evaluates learning opportunities to enhance patient care and continuously

strives to maintain lifelong learning



Salary Range:  $42.430 to 55.790
