                                                                                  Pandemic Unit

It is a condition of this posting that your home unit can accommodate your temporary absence in the event

you are successful.

 

 

The Clerk, Assessment Centre is ensures that appointments are booked for COVID‑19 testing.  The Clerk will work

with Occupational Health & Safety and community partners to ensure that appointments are given to priority patients

and that no back‑log is created. 

 

Job Requirements

*   Post secondary diploma/certificate in Office Administration/Medical Office Administration or equivalent

*   Minimum 2 years recent experience (during past 5 years) in an outpatient or clinic setting

*   Proficient in medical terminology and standard abbreviations

*   Demonstrated computer skills and experience Meditech Information Systems

*   Excellent customer service and communication skills

*   Proven ability to multitask and to work independently

*   Able to maintain accuracy and organizational skills in a demanding, fast‑paced, inter‑professional setting

 

 

Salary Range:  $24.126 to 24.699
