                                                                     1 ‑ Full Time ‑ Storeskeeper

                                                                            Materiel Distribution

This position will involve working the days shifts.  The shift is not to be interpreted as a guarantee.

 

Under the supervision of the Manager, Material Distribution, performs all duties within Material Distribution.

*  Provide Shipping/Receiving services to internal departments of TBRHSC.

*  Also provide services for external customers based on internal customer requirements

*  Process phone calls, point of contact, and e‑mail requests/questions from customers

*  Perform required duties in Print Shop and Mail Room

*  Maintain safe, clean environment

 

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

*  Secondary School Graduation diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

*  Knowledge and experience in computerized material and inventory management 

*  Proficiency in Microsoft office Excel/ Word, and Graphic design software

*  Knowledge and experience in computer operation and applications, including data entry

*  Knowledge and experience in operation and minor maintenance of various Stores equipment (i.e. photocopiers,

motorized pallet cart)

*  High attention to detail and accuracy of numbers.

*  Excellent customer service skills

*  Ability to work with minimal supervision

*  Ability to multi‑task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met

*  Must work cooperatively and take initiative to assist others and various levels of staff and actively support a team

concept

 

   Physical Demands:

  ‑Standing and/or walking most of the day

  ‑Heavy and frequent lifting with or without mechanical aids

 

 

Salary Range:  $23.192 to 24.237
